Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Exxon Mobil is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to work from home in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure they are providing exceptional service to customers - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and suggest ways to improve the customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Train, mentor, and coach customer support team members - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers - Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the customer support department


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
