Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to their concerns - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure a quick resolution - Utilize negotiation skills to find mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and the customer - Use problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of customer complaints and implement proactive measures to prevent future issues - Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, establishing a positive rapport with each interaction


Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
