Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Time Warner Cable is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support roles. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess excellent time management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product and service offerings to better assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Proficiency with computer systems and software - High school diploma or equivalent
