Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Ryder System, a leading transportation and logistics company, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Officer to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat -Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction -Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions -Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support experience -Assist in developing and implementing customer support processes and procedures

Requirements: -Demonstrated dedication and passion for customer service -Excellent project management skills -Strong people management skills -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software -Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
