Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Simon Property Group is seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Support Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a part-time entry-level position, this role will require zero years of experience, making it a great opportunity for those just starting their career.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with general inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and escalations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management - Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent
