Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Jabil Circuit is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or related fields. We are looking for resourceful and hardworking individuals who possess strong leadership skills and excel in decision-making.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention 4. Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements 5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues as needed 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies 7. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and data

Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and in a team setting 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits 7. Leadership and decision-making skills 8. High school diploma or equivalent
