Job description:
Envision Healthcare Holdings is looking for a motivated and confident Customer Support Officer to work from home in San Francisco, California. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues. 3. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and other administrative tasks. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs. 3. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 5. Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. 6. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace.
