Job Description:


Icahn Enterprises is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Manage customer accounts and provide support with account management tasks - Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
