Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Customer Support Officer to join our team at Deere. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing orders and assisting with returns and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight in every interaction


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs - High school diploma or equivalent
