Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Entergy, a leading energy company in San Diego, California, is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues - Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints - Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and trends - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives


Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve problems - Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
