Job Description:
Supervalu is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, have leadership skills, and excel in time management.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution. 3. Act as a liaison between customers and various departments within the company to ensure a seamless experience. 4. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support processes.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is required. 2. Confident and independent with strong leadership skills. 3. Excellent time management skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
