Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


CenterPoint Energy, a leading energy company, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with billing questions, service requests, and technical support. 3. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. 4. Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. 4. Previous experience in a customer support role preferred. 5. Strong communication skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
