Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Ripple is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. The part-time role offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs efficiently - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and address customer inquiries in a timely manner - Continuously adapt to new processes and technologies to improve customer support strategies - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer experience


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Passion for helping customers and solving problems - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
