Job Description: Xerox is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
