Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

McKesson, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner - Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in customer support or a related field
