Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


As a Customer Support Representative at Kroger in San Francisco, California, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support and possess a reliable and energetic personality.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt and courteous responses. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5.
