Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


NGL Energy Partners is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This part-time role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Prior experience in a customer support role preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Availability to work part-time hours
