Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a customer service role is preferred
