Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Kroger in Denver, Colorado, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Assist with processing returns and exchanges - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices


Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong desire to help customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and negotiate solutions with customers - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
