Job Description - Live Chat Assistant


Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at PG&E Corp. in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a part-time Entry Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, and possess excellent planning and innovation skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
