Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Sealed Air, a leading packaging company in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for adaptable and energetic individuals who possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services via live chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Proactively engage customers to upsell products and increase customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations of the live chat system

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using computer systems and online chat platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
