Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Loews. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Columbus, Ohio. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate departments - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and concerns in a timely manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present information - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - Must be able to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
