Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat interfaces, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide helpful and efficient support - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues with products or services - Document customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve processes and systems

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat interfaces and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
