Job Description - Live Chat Associate

Job Description: Time Warner Cable is seeking a driven and resilient Live Chat Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, technical support, and service troubleshooting - Utilize strategic planning skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Present information clearly and effectively to assist customers with their inquiries - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Complete administrative tasks related to customer interactions, such as updating customer accounts and logging chat conversations


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strategic planning skills to identify and address customer needs - Presentation skills to convey information clearly and concisely - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
