Job Description:
As a Live Chat Associate at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Indianapolis, Indiana, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. You will engage with customers in real-time, answering their inquiries, addressing their concerns, and assisting with bookings and reservations. You will represent our brand in a positive and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression on our guests.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries. 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, making changes to existing reservations, and providing information on hotel amenities and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and offers. 6. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others. 6. Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Must be available to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
