Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Associate to join our team at Target in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to online shoppers through our live chat platform. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and order assistance to customers - Utilize creativity and critical thinking skills to address customer needs effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times

Requirements: - Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative problem-solving abilities - Critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Must be located in Phoenix, Arizona - High school diploma or equivalent
