Live Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Live Chat Associate to join our team at Stanley Black & Decker. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Los Angeles, California. As an Entry Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat. 2. Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance with product information, order status, and troubleshooting. 3. Use your persuasion skills to guide customers through the purchasing process. 4. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and provide accurate information. 5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Confident and driven personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and research skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
