Job Description:
Allstate is seeking a part-time Live Chat Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all live chat interactions with customers in a fast-paced online environment. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience through live chat interactions - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Requirements: - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong strategic planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions - Proven leadership experience in a live chat or customer service role - Knowledge of live chat software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
