Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team at Murphy USA. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Fort Worth, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills and qualities to excel in this position.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat function, ensuring prompt and efficient customer service - Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales through live chat - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in managing live chat operations - Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and remotely - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred)
