Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Ro is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Live Chat Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and possess mid-to-senior level expertise.

As the Live Chat Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing our live chat operation, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for training and supervising a team of chat agents, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will need to have strong emotional intelligence to effectively address any customer concerns or issues that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong strategic planning capabilities. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and the ability to motivate others. Prior experience with live chat platforms or customer service management is highly desirable.
