Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Live Chat Officer to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support on banking products and services - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and provide solutions to customers - Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment - Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism - Strong teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and support team goals - Creative thinking to come up with innovative solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Eligible to work in the US with visa sponsorship available - Willingness to work part-time hours in the Washington, D.C. area
