Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Microsoft is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing live chat support to customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a friendly and efficient manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' problems - Record and maintain customer information and interactions in the system - Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
