Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

J.M. Smucker is seeking a motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team and work remotely from home in Houston, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and passion.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide information and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build positive relationships - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Document customer interactions and provide feedback for process improvement
