Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

T-Mobile is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and possess strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling multiple chats simultaneously - Utilize resources and tools provided to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues - Document all interactions and follow-up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and navigating multiple computer systems - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
