Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position, with the flexibility to work from home in Houston, Texas, US. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, who possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and processing returns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
