Job Description:
Western Union is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 3. Utilize project management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in understanding and addressing customers' concerns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a dynamic work environment. 2. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. 3. Experience in project management to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5.
