Western Union is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. 3. Utilize project management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 4.
