Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a passionate and adaptable Live Chat Representative to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner - Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during all customer interactions - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to display emotional intelligence and handle challenging customer interactions with empathy - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
