Job Description - Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and independent Live Chat Specialist to join our team at PG&E Corp. in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.


Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Conducting research to provide customers with accurate information - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Confident and independent attitude - Strong research skills - Ability to cooperate with team members effectively - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
