Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Zocdoc is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients using our platform. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat - Provide accurate information about Zocdoc's services and offerings - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
