Job Description:
NextEra Energy is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and driven with a strong focus on innovation and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through live chat support to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and escalations effectively. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. 7. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Technical proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle stress with ease. 8. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligence.
