Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the fashion industry and develop their customer service skills. As an Entry Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Offer product recommendations and answer questions about Ralph Lauren products. 3. Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and understanding. 4. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and reach a satisfactory resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
