Job Description:
Air Products & Chemicals is seeking a part-time Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through the live chat feature on our website - Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and scheduling deliveries - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and support - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Independent and confident with the ability to work autonomously - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in real-time - Persuasion skills to guide customers towards solutions and products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of chat inquiries - Proficiency with online chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
