Lansing Trade Group is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in New York City, New York. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least one year of experience and who possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable, confident, creative, and have a knack for strategic planning.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to clients, assisting with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 2. Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote online services and increase client engagement. 4. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve user experience and drive customer satisfaction. 5. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and optimize performance. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proven track record of creative problem-solving and strategic planning. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
