Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Owens Corning is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and hardworking personality. Strong decision-making and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts and address any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive online customer experience - Monitor online customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key online customers and partners - Provide regular reporting on online account performance to leadership


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in online account management or a similar role - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and organization skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
