Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Account Support Manager to join our team at Starbucks in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts and providing support to ensure a seamless online experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage online customer accounts, including resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to customers with online purchases, account management, and technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall online customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Conduct regular training sessions for employees on best practices for online account management - Assist in developing and implementing online customer support strategies - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online account management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 8+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Experience with CRM software and online customer support tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
