Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all online customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer support through various online communication channels, including email, chat, and phone calls. 3. Assist customers with technical issues related to their online accounts, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance the online account experience. 5. Monitor account activity to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating account information as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online account management, implementing new strategies to optimize customer satisfaction. 8. Develop and implement training programs for new employees to ensure consistency in online account support across the organization.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or account management. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Reliable and resilient personality traits, with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace. 7. Strong research skills to gather information and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries. 8. Experience in people management or team leadership is preferred. 9.
