Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated and reliable Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. In this part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online account holders.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone. 2. Process account updates, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner. 3. Research and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with account maintenance and data entry tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 3. Excellent research skills to solve problems and find solutions for customers. 4. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
