Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Travelers Cos. is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Representative to join our team in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and will be responsible for providing online account support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account setup, account management, and troubleshooting - Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and guidance - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently - Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong presentation and strategic planning skills - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online account management systems - High school diploma or equivalent
