Job Description - Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Account Support Representative to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the Online Account Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online account holders, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone, providing timely and accurate information and assistance. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online accounts and assist customers with navigating the online platform. 3. Educate customers on account features, benefits, and security measures to ensure a positive user experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service to address customer needs and improve online account services. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management for consideration. 7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to online account management and customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 5. Demonstrated resilience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to resolving issues. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
