Online Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Account Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. - Assist customers with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any concerns or complaints. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to customers.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
